• 1 Tbsp. Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. brandy extract
  • 1 tsp. Instant Coffee Original Roast, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. hot water, cooled
  • 6 Tbsp. thawed Whipped Topping
  • 1 square Semi-Sweet Chocolate, shaved, divided
  • 1 cup mixed fresh Ontario berries (such as strawberries and raspberries)



  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, brandy extract and dissolved coffee in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping and half of the chocolate.
  2. Place 1/2 cup berries in each of 2 parfait glasses or dessert dishes. Top evenly with cream cheese mixture; sprinkle with remaining chocolate. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
