• 2 cups vanilla wafers (about 45 wafers), broken into pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 3 cups fresh Ontario berries
  • 2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 pkg. white chocolate, melted
  • 3 cups thawed whipped topping, divided



  1. Place broken wafers into 3-L glass serving dish; sprinkle with orange juice. Top with layers of berries.
  2. Prepare the pudding mixes as directed on pkg., reducing milk to 3 cups. As pudding begins to thicken, beat in chocolate with wire whisk until well blended. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping; spoon over the layer of berries. Top with the remaining 1-1/2 cups whipped topping and additiona fresh berries for garnish. Cover.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 min. or overnight.
