• 3 oz raspberry Jello
  • 3 oz lemon Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 10 oz frozen Ontario raspberries
  • 1 cup cranberry-orange relish
  • 7 oz bottled lemon lime carbonated beverage



  1. Dissolve Jello  in boiling water.
  2. Stir in raspberries and relish. Chill until cold but not set.
  3. Resting bottle on rim of bowl, pour in beverage. Stir gently with up and down motion.
  4. Pour into Jello  ring mold. Chill until firm. Remove from Jello  ring and garnish with parsley
