• 1 3/4 cups Graham Crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 2 pkg. (250 g each) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Ontario Raspberry Jam
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix graham crumbs and butter or margarine. Press all but 1/4 cup of the crumb mixture onto bottom of 13x9-in. baking pan; set aside 1/4 cup for topping.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar and eggs in large bowl with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour over prepared crust.
  4. Spoon jam carefully over cream cheese mixture.
  5. Mix remaining 1/4 cup crumb mixture and almonds; sprinkle evenly over jam.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until center is set and topping is golden brown. Cool to room temperature.
  7. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before cutting into 24 bars to serve.
