Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz) boxes strawberry Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 10oz frozen Ontario strawberries
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 cup strawberry or banana yogurt

 

Directions

  1. Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add frozen strawberries, stirring occasionally until thawed. Add finely diced bananas.
  2. Pour half of the strawberry mixture into an 8x8x2-inch pan; chill. Spread evenly with yogurt. Pour remaining strawberry mixture on top of the yogurt.
  3. Refrigerate until set. Cut into 9 squares. Top with whipped cream or more yogurt, if desired.
