• 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • Grated peel and juice from 1 medium orange
  • 6 frozen waffles
  • 3 cups mixed Ontario berries (raspberries, blueberries and quartered strawberries)



  1. Pour the milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Stir in orange peel and juice; set aside.
  2. Toast the waffles until golden brown. Place 1 waffle on each of six individual serving plates.
  3. Spoon the pudding mixture evenly over waffles just before serving; top with the berries.
