Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup 1% milk
  • 3/4 cup thawed Whipped Topping
  • 3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh Ontario strawberry halves
  • 1/2 small banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup Ontario blueberries

 

Directions

  1. Blend the ingredients in a blender on high speed until smooth.
  2. Pour into 6 (3-oz.) paper cups; cover with foil. Insert wooden pop stick into centre of each cup.
  3. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Peel off paper cups just before serving.
