Preheat the oven to 325(f) degrees. Grease & line a 9-inch round cake pan.
In a large mixing bowl whisk together the sugar & eggs until the mixture is fluffy & pale.
Add the oil, vanilla & yogurt. Whisk until combined.
Sift in the flour, tea, baking powder, baking soda & salt. Stir until batter comes together.
Transfer to the prepared cake pan & bake until the top bounces back to touch, about 35 to 40 minutes.
Let cool completely before transferring to a serving plate. Top with whipped cream & strawberries.
